happy. TWO. years.

Two years ago today, at this very moment this is what I was doing….

Marrying this handsome DUDE!

 

What a perfect day – we were so blessed to have family & friends around us on September 4, 2010 to celebrate God’s glory through our new marriage.  We seriously can’t believe it’s been two. whole. years. It just doesn’t seem possible! Does this mean we’re not considered “newlyweds” anymore? Hmm..

 

Here are a few LOTS of pictures to reminisce! Enjoy.

 

I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being,  so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. Baby Gift {thanks pinterest!}

Some of our friends from church just announced that they are having a BABY…so, I made them this little gift to say, Congrats!

Isn’t this the most precious thing ever?

I’m in Love.

 

It makes a great gender-neutral gift since we don’t know if it’s a he or a she yet!

 

Annnd, this project was practically free since I had most materials on hand.  That makes it even better… ya know?!

Puerto Rico Family Wedding

Geez. It’s been awhile.  As the summer sadly comes to an end, let me update you on our July & August adventures!

My cousin got married at the end of July….. in Puerto Rico!

So, we went.

Of course!

The wedding was at the El Conquistador Resort in Fajardo, Puerto Rico.

It. was. GORGEOUS.

See the island in the picture below? This is where the last scene of one of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies was filmed… sweet, huh?!

We went to the El Yunque rainforest & did some exploring…

Enjoyed the beautiful wedding and  celebrated bride & groom!

My good-looking Mom & Dad…. so photogenic.

And then the attempted kid-pic. No bueno…. ha!

Some fun family game nights..

We also visited Old San Juan on our last full day. We saw 2 old forts, walked around to see shops & fun restaurants.

It was such a fun trip. Thanks Adam & Rachael for getting married in such a COOL place! Once I get our memory card back (I accidently left it with my Dad!) then I’ll add some more of our pictures onto here…
